Nicodemus Ford  is an educator, a restorative justice practitioner, and an emerging black farmer with over twenty years of experience as a teacher, consultant, and school and food systems leader.  

His name translates to "Victory for the People" and symbolizes his commitment to helping individuals and communities awaken to their full potential and lead more fulfilling lives. He is also an external doctoral candidate at the University of Humanistic Studies in Utrecht, researching youth-led just practices in rural schools.
